About Team DET

Coaching Isn't About Having
More Information.
It's About Making
Better Decisions.

Most athletes don't struggle because they lack effort.

They struggle because they're solving the wrong problem.

The internet has made training and nutrition more accessible than ever, yet more athletes than ever feel stuck. Calories get lowered. Cardio gets added. Exercises get changed. Supplements get bought.

Progress stalls anyway.

Not because they aren't working. Because no one has correctly identified what's actually limiting their progress.

That's where Team DET is different.

The Team DET Philosophy

At Team DET, coaching begins with evaluation.

Before changing training, nutrition, cardio, or anything else, I want to understand what's happening and why.

Every adjustment should have a reason. Every decision should be supported by data. Every recommendation should move you closer to your goal. Not simply make you feel like something changed.

Good coaching isn't about making more adjustments. It's about making the right ones.

My Coaching Methodology

My approach is individualized because every athlete responds differently.

Two athletes can follow the exact same plan and require completely different decisions.

That's why I evaluate:

Training performance
Recovery
Biofeedback
Nutrition adherence
Weekly progression
Lifestyle stress
Sleep
Digestion
Body composition changes
Stage of the journey

The goal isn't simply to collect data. The goal is to understand what the data is actually telling us. Only then do we make decisions.

Coaching Isn't Reactive

One of the biggest mistakes I see is reacting too quickly.

Weight fluctuates. Strength fluctuates. Energy fluctuates.

None of those automatically mean the plan needs to change. Sometimes the best adjustment is no adjustment at all.

Learning the difference comes from experience, pattern recognition, and understanding how your body responds over time. That's what coaching should provide.

Who I Work With

I coach both physique competitors and lifestyle clients.

Some athletes are preparing for their first show. Others are chasing a national qualification. Some simply want to build a stronger, healthier version of themselves.

The goal may be different. The process stays the same.

Identify what's limiting progress. Solve the right problem. Repeat.

My Expectations

I don't expect perfection. I expect honesty. I expect communication. I expect effort that matches the goal you've committed to.

If something isn't working, we'll figure out why. If something needs to change, we'll change it.

But we don't guess. We evaluate first.

The Meaning Behind Team DET

DET stands for Do Extraordinary Things.

Extraordinary results aren't created by chasing shortcuts. They're earned through consistent execution, intentional training, disciplined habits, and making better decisions over time.

Whether your goal is stepping on stage or becoming the strongest version of yourself, my role is to help you understand the process, remove unnecessary guesswork, and guide you toward long-term success.

Because becoming undeniable isn't one decision. It's the result of hundreds of the right ones.

If that approach sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd love to learn more about your goals.
